How to pay with USDT
USDT on the TRON network is how you buy on Basefy from outside Brazil. No Brazilian bank account or CPF is needed.
Step by step

Get USDT on the TRON network
Buy USDT on an exchange or keep it in a wallet that sends on the TRON network (also shown as TRC-20).

Create your free account
Sign up on Basefy and add your WhatsApp number with the country code.

Add the product to your order
Open the listing, choose an option and go to checkout. Choose USDT as the payment method.

Send the exact amount
Checkout shows the amount in USDT and an address only for that order. Send exactly that amount, on the TRON network, before the time shown runs out.

Wait for the confirmation
The order confirms by itself in about a minute after the transfer. Then the order chat opens with your delivery or with the seller.
Avoid losing funds
- Send only USDT, and only on the TRON network (TRC-20). A wrong token or network is not credited and cannot be recovered, not by Basefy and not by your exchange.
- Your exchange may discount a withdrawal fee from what you send. The address must receive the full amount, so check the value that will arrive.
- Each order has its own address. Do not reuse an old address for a new order.
- If you send less than the amount, the order stays open until the rest arrives within the time limit.
Prices in reais, payment in USDT
- Listings are priced in Brazilian reais, which is the price that counts. Dollars appear only as a reference.
- At checkout, the USDT amount is calculated from the price in reais at that moment's rate, and it is the amount you pay.
- Each order has a R$ 1.00 buyer fee, and USDT orders start at R$ 5.00.
Can I use USDT on Ethereum, BNB Chain or Solana?
No. Basefy only accepts USDT on the TRON network. Funds sent on another network are lost.
Can I pay with Bitcoin or another coin?
No. The only crypto accepted is USDT on TRON. Convert to USDT on your exchange before paying.
How do USDT refunds work?
Crypto transfers cannot be reversed on the network. The refund goes to your Basefy balance or, by arrangement with the mediation team, to a USDT address you provide.
