How Basefy works
Basefy sits between buyer and seller: it holds the payment, opens the order chat and steps in if the delivery goes wrong.
- 1
Create a free account
Sign up with your email or Google account, then add your WhatsApp number with the country code, for example +351 for Portugal or +1 for the US.
- 2
Choose what to buy
Compare listings by price, delivery type, seller sales and reviews. Read the description: it says what is included and for how long.
- 3
Pay with USDT
At checkout, choose USDT and send the exact amount to the address shown, on the TRON network. The order confirms by itself in about a minute.
- 4
Receive in the order chat
Listings with automatic delivery arrive right away in the chat. In the others, the seller delivers there, within the time stated on the listing.
- 5
Confirm or open a dispute
Test what you received. If it matches the listing, confirm the delivery. If it does not, open a dispute in the order chat before the payment is released.
How the payment is protected
- 1
You pay Basefy
The payment does not go to the seller. It stays held while the order is open.
- 2
The seller delivers
Delivery happens in the order chat, where everything stays on record.
- 3
The money is released
The seller is paid up to 24 hours after you confirm, or 3 days after delivery if you take no action.
What you should know
- From outside Brazil, the payment method is USDT on the TRON network. PIX needs a Brazilian bank account.
- Prices are in Brazilian reais. Other currencies appear only as a reference.
- Each order has a R$ 1.00 buyer fee, and USDT orders start at R$ 5.00.
- Selling on Basefy is limited to residents of Brazil with a valid CPF.
- The Terms of Use are in Portuguese, and that version prevails.
