# Warranty Terms - Instaban

3-day warranty against instaban on the first campaign. If the account is banned right after the first campaign is launched, within the warranty period, the amount will be refunded.

### Warranty conditions

* The warranty is valid only when using the complete profile sent in AdsPower, with proxy. * The profile will be delivered already set up in the AdsPower of your choice. * If the buyer chooses to use only the account details, without the complete profile in AdsPower, all warranty is automatically lost. * The warranty is also voided if the login, password or any account details/settings are changed. * The warranty does not cover rejected ads/creatives, as long as the account remains active. * Limit of 3 appeals per campaign. Rejections and appeals can increase the risk of the account going down. We recommend using white creatives or materials you already know are approved. * The warranty is valid exclusively for the 1-1-1 structure: 1 campaign, 1 ad set and 1 ad with only 1 creative.

### Warm-up

Pre-warmed accounts or accounts with spending history do not require warm-up.

For zero-spend accounts, we recommend:

1. Create a reach campaign, with a minimum budget, without a link and using a white creative. 2. Let it run for 2-3 days. 3. After this period, start the conversion campaign.

Warm-up is a recommendation to increase the stability and longevity of the account, not a requirement of the warranty. The warranty remains valid only when all the conditions above are met.
